Microsoft Office 365
As a Microsoft Partner, maybe we’re a little bit biased, but we love Office 365.
However, as all of our customers use the platform as well, I think it’s safe to say that they agree with us.
We’ve successfully rolled out Office 365 to clients across Surrey, Hampshire, London and beyond.
Quite simply, it has revolutionised the way a business can communicate and collaborate.
Never before has it been so easy and cost-effective to adopt a truly scalable, cutting edge, feature rich, technology toolset to use within your business.
What is Office 365?
Quite simply, Office 365 is a subscription based service delivered to users through the internet (or cloud).
It represents a move away from the more traditional approach of managing your IT from within your business, by running your own file server, mail server, communications server etc.
Instead, with Office 365, Microsoft host and deliver the following services which you subscribe on a monthly or annual basis.
How can Office 365 benefit my Business?
With Office 365, you receive corporate grade solutions hosted by Microsoft on a yearly or monthly subscription basis.
You only buy the number of seats (seats are essentially user licenses) you need at any given time. If you want to buy more seats as your business grows, you can. If you want to reduce the number of seats, again you can. It is a flexible solution that can stretch or contract with your business.
You no longer have to invest thousands of pounds in procuring, deploying, managing and maintaining your own in-house mail server, for example. You simply subscribe to the Microsoft Exchange Online plan and receive all of the benefits of an up to date, high end corporate mail solution for a small monthly fee per seat.
Another clear benefit is that Office 365 represents a good starting point to build some business continuity into your IT. If all of your email is hosted with Microsoft via Exchange Online, then should disaster strike, you’ll be safe in the knowledge that your staff can still access their email from anywhere with an internet connection and still communicate with your customers.
Spending some time and seeking advice upon selecting the most appropriate set of licences for your particular business is a wise course of action.
We’ve been working with Office 365 since it’s inception, so we know it inside out and are best placed to help you select, then get you up and running with the best licence set to suit your requirements.
